What's the best way to use the Mellow cleaner?
Mellow cleaner was created to elevate the vibe in your personal space. It is meant for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, zen room, man cave, your car and my personal favorite, the office. It works best on non-porous surfaces. Spray it directly onto your complimentary cleaning rag and wipe any surface clean or spray it directly onto the surface and let it sit for 15-30 seconds days to soak into tougher messes before wiping it clean.
Can I use Mellow on other surfaces?
Yes! Mellow is not just a surface cleaner. It works amazing on glass leaving a streak free clean. To use it on glass, only add 1/3 of the concentrate to your glass spray bottle with water.
What's in the cleaner?
A plant-derived and GMO-free gentle cleansing base that is ECOCERT complaint meaning that it promotes good environmental and societal practices.
Citric acid is an antibacterial compound that occurs naturally in citrus fruits, especially lemons and limes. It's what gives them their tart, sour taste. It is commonly used in both food and as a cleaning agents.
Special fragrance oil blends.
Ummm I didn't realize my spray bottle would be empty, how do I mix my Mellow Cleaner?
We ship our bottles empty to save you money! When you receive your spray bottle and concentrate:
- Fill your Glass Sprayer Bottle leaving enough room for the water to rise an inch or two when you pour in the concentrate.
- Add in your concentrate.
- Put the spray nozzle on your bottle and swirl to mix (do not shake or turn upside down).
- Recycle everything else :)
How do I take care of my Mellow Cleaner?
- Follow the steps on the back of the instruction card to mix your cleaner
- Do not shake or store your sprayer bottle upside down to avoid leakage
- Store bottle with the nozzle in the OFF position to avoid accidental ingestion by children (they just love squeezing spray bottles, don't they?)
What is the shipping and return policy?
Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after your payment is processed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will automatically be updated with tracking information.
As we are in the height of the pandemic, we cannot accept returns. If your order is damaged or you got the wrong items please email email@example.com.
Currently there is no way for us to know if/when customs fees will be charged on international shipments or offer a way for them to be paid upfront. Because of this, customers are responsible for any customs fees/duties that may be due for any order shipped internationally.
