What's the best way to use the Mellow cleaner?
Mellow is effective on any non-porous surface. Simply spray and wipe away. For stuck on food and stickier messes, saturate the surface and let it sit for 30 seconds or more to really soak in before wiping the surface clean.
Can I use Mellow on other surfaces?
Yes! Mellow is created for use on granite, tile, glass, plastic, acrylic, vinyl, leather, carpet, sealed wood and more.
What's in the cleaner?
Capryl glucoside is plant-derived and GMO-free gentle cleansing base that is ECOCERT complaint meaning that producing it promotes good environmental and societal practices.
Citric acid is a natural antibacterial compound found in citrus fruits. It is commonly used in food and cleaning agents.
We use body oils for our fragrance blends to ensure the ingredients are gentle enough for the skin and safe for you.

How do I mix my cleaner?
We ship our bottles empty to save you money! When you receive your spray bottle and concentrate:
- Fill your spray bottle to the top of the label with room temperature water. We recommend distilled if you'll be using to clean mirrors.
- Add desired amount of concentrate depending on how strong you want your cleaner and aroma.
- Put the spray nozzle on your bottle and gently mix (do not shake rapidly or turn upside down).
- Recycle everything else :)
Tips:
- When cleaning mirrors or anything prone to streaks, we recommend using distilled water versus tap water and a clean towel to get the best streak free clean.
- Using your full bottle of concentrate creates a stronger solution ideal for areas that tend to have heavier messes like the kitchen and bathroom.

What is the shipping and return policy?
Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will automatically be updated with tracking information. All orders are shipped standard shipping arriving in 2-7 business days.
All sales are final. If your order is damaged or you got the wrong items please email info@themellowclean.com with pictures for it to be corrected.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees/duties that may be due for any order shipped.
